If you've been injured on the job or in a motor vehicle accident, you deserve the same quality of care as any other patient. I am happy to evaluate and treat patients involved in workers' compensation and no-fault claims. Being in the legal system does not change the standard of care you receive in my office.

I will evaluate your condition thoroughly, give you an honest diagnosis, and recommend the treatment plan that gives you the best chance at recovery — regardless of how your care is being funded. If surgery is appropriate, I'll explain exactly why. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.

Medicolegal Services

Through Axis Medicolegal, I provide independent medical evaluations and expert consulting for attorneys, insurance carriers, and employers involved in spine-related cases. My opinions are grounded in my active surgical practice and current evidence-based medicine.

Qualifications

My medicolegal opinions are informed by an active, full-time surgical practice focused on the most complex spine cases — including revision surgery, deformity correction, tumor resection, and trauma reconstruction. I trained at NYU Langone Medical Center for residency and Rothman Orthopaedic Institute for fellowship, and I maintain appointments on four major spine journal editorial boards.

I approach every case the same way I approach my patients: with thoroughness, intellectual honesty, and a commitment to getting it right. My role is to provide an objective, evidence-based opinion — regardless of which side retains me.
